1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Disciple Mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Disciple Mobile is a Christian faith companion application designed to support your spiritual growth and church community engagement. The App provides:

• Bible reading and scripture search
• Daily devotional content
• Personal notes and bookmarks for scripture study
• Customizable reminders for prayer and devotion
• Church community discovery and membership
• Community posts and fellowship features
• Media uploads for notes and posts

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account through our authentication system. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User-Generated Content

You may create and share content through the App, including notes, posts, and images. By submitting content, you:

• Retain ownership of your original content
• Grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the service
• Confirm that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Understand that notes stored locally on your device are your sole responsibility to back up

5. Acceptable Use

As a faith-centered community, we expect all users to engage respectfully. You agree not to:

• Post content that is hateful, threatening, or harassing
• Upload illegal, obscene, or inappropriate material
• Impersonate other users or church representatives
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App for any commercial purpose unrelated to its intended use
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users

6. Intellectual Property

Scripture content provided through the App may be subject to copyright by their respective publishers. Devotional content is provided for personal spiritual growth and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. The App itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Disciple Mobile and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the community. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked
• Your server-stored data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Locally stored data on your device will remain until you uninstall the App

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Disciple Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
